All QR Tools provides free tools to generate, customize, and scan QR codes. You may use these tools for personal or commercial purposes. You are solely responsible for the content you encode into a QR code and for ensuring it complies with applicable laws.
2. Prohibited use
You agree not to use the Service to generate QR codes that link to illegal content, malware, phishing pages, or content that infringes the rights of others. We reserve the right to restrict access for abusive or unlawful use.
3. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that QR codes generated will be uninterrupted, error-free, or scannable under all conditions (e.g. poor print quality or insufficient contrast).
4. Dynamic QR codes
Where we offer dynamic (editable/trackable) QR codes, we aim to keep them resolving indefinitely, but we do not guarantee permanent availability and recommend testing your codes periodically, especially before print production runs.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, All QR Tools is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue from a QR code that stops resolving.
6. Intellectual property
The Service's design, code, and branding are the property of All QR Tools. QR codes you generate, and any logos or content you upload, remain your property.
7. Changes to the Service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.
